Do you have an affinity for Gaming and Influencers? Does the idea of working with Gaming brands to reach core and new audiences through digital content creators get you stoked? Do you hear “Influencer Marketing” and think, “That’s my jam!”? If you want to work at a company large enough to do really cool things and small enough that your voice will be heard, this may be the role for you. BENlabs is seeking a Senior Account Manager to play an important role on our Client Growth-Gaming Team. This role is ideal for a self-starter, superior communicator and relationship builder who possesses an exemplary attention to detail.

The role requires working directly with gaming clients to strategically manage influencer marketing campaigns that reach the right audience and maximize client ROI. It also requires working collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams who execute the campaigns directly with influencers. You and your team are the client’s daily point of contact, deepening the client partnership.

Responsibilities:

    • Serve a critical role on the Client Growth team, by managing internal workflow, supporting the Client Growth - Gaming team, and interfacing with clients, directly. This role will have room to grow into managing more complex client campaigns while actively assisting on high-profile accounts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
    • Support Client Growth team with day-to-day account management, including but not limited to:
    • Develop strong relationships with clients, providing best-in-class service
    • Work with internal cross-functional teams – especially the Influencer Campaign Execution team – to deliver on client objectives and develop campaign strategies, talent recommendations, and program KPIs
    • Ownership of all internal and external tracking grids and folders, meeting agendas and recaps for assigned clients
    • Regularly interface with clients (on calls, in Slack, Discord, MS Teams, etc.), leveraging knowledge of key industry standards and identify solutions for business needs.
    • Recommend and implement industry best practices, new and emerging media, platform features, and pop culture trends into client strategic approach and campaign work
    • Support the analysis of campaign performance metrics and develop strategic insights to scale future campaigns
    • Work with Associate Director(s) and Director(s) to manage projects to meet deadlines and deliver on successful programs
    • Create and proof documents, timelines, briefs, reports, etc. for both external clients and internal teams
    • Efficiently and effectively host and run client calls and meetings with a level of confidence that ensures client trust
    • Provide support on all internal and external presentations for strategic planning and reporting
    • Contribute to building, executing, and securing recurring business for Gaming clients
    • Additional duties as assigned to support the Client Growth-Gaming department

Qualifications and Skills:

    • 3-5 years of experience required.
    • Gaming industry experience required.
    • Influencer marketing, and social media platforms experience required.
    • Demonstrated track record developing and maintaining relationships with multiple divisions and company leaders to ensure appropriate communications and a coordinated approach to maximizing successes with clients
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex campaign and multiple assignments happening simultaneously
    • Proven success building relationships, earning clients’ trust, identifying challenges, pivoting quickly where needed and providing the necessary solutions
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volume of details a must
    • Strong communication skills in person, in writing, and on the phone – with clients, managers & team
    • Ability to present ideas persuasively and passionately
    • Passionate problem solver who is invigorated by client challenges
    • Ability to flourish in a high-energy, rapid-paced start-up environment, and help bring BENlabs to the next level
    • Flexible, committed and punctual
    • Demonstrated capability of self-direction and motivation
    • Ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure in a busy environment
    • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, or similar software

$80,000 - $110,000 a year
