Who YOU Are

The Sr. Manager - Influencer Campaign Execution and Strategy (Gaming) is in charge of leading a team to successfully execute influencer marketing campaigns for Gaming clients, strategizing based on data to attract customers and increase profits, and collaborating with various teams for effective marketing efforts. This role involves managing influencer relationships, overseeing campaign analytics, hiring and training a growth marketing team, and ensuring resources are allocated properly. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Gaming, over three years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, be skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics, possess strong project management abilities, and have a deep understanding of the marketing funnel and customer behavior. They must also be excellent at organizing, communicating, and leading, with the flexibility to work additional hours as needed



Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of influencer marketing and campaign execution staff to manage tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop strategic plans using data analysis to optimize the customer lifecycle.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and coordinate media needs.
  • Monitor campaign data and performance metrics to enhance revenue.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and resource allocation for a team of growth marketers.
  • Ensure project plans are well-defined and campaigns are executed on time.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media and digital marketing campaigns. Gaming Industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing funnel and user behavior analysis.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and various social media platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet campaign deadlines.

This is a hybrid position based out of Los Angeles or Remote.
